Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM)

£120 per person

A private individual meeting lasting approximately 45–60 minutes.

This meeting explains the mediation process, assesses suitability and, where required, fulfils the court requirement prior to certain applications.

Joint Mediation Sessions

£180 per person (up to 90 minutes)

Structured mediation sessions addressing child arrangements, financial matters and other issues arising from separation or divorce.

Sessions are available online, in person in Whitstable, Kent, or via shuttle mediation where appropriate.
